GPS Education is no longer hosting courses at Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City (FHFM). All employees of FHFM will still be able to take courses with GPS Education just as you did in the past. There will be no charge to you for attending an approved course. The following information is needed when registering for an approved ACLS or PALS class:

1. Your Name
2. Your address
3. Your Phone #
4. Your E-mail address
5. Supervisor's name that has approved the class
6. Your department
7. Which course you will be attending
8. Course date

Please go to the store/registration page and register for the class under the FHFM RegstrationTab.

An e-mail conformation will ensure your seat in the approved class.

There is a  no show fee of $25.00 if cancellation is not prior to 72 hours of scheduled course.
