• 2010 Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider Manual
• Core Instructor Course

Registration sign-in begins promptly at 0900 sharp and the course is scheduled to 5pm.  .

PRE-REQUISITE FOR INSTRUCTOR COURSE:

Complete CORE Instructor Module with AHA certificate print out.  The CORE Instructor Manual is included in the cost of the course.  Print out the certificate and bring it to the course.  If you do not bring the certificate with you to the course, you will be asked to reschedule. 

Please note:  It will take approximately 4 hours to complete this on-line course.  If you stop the CD Rom at anytime, be sure you resume the course on the same computer. If you have any trouble with the CD Rom, please contact the vendor listed on the back of the book for assistance.

Mandatory Course Materials to be brought the day of the course:

¨       Current American Heart Association ACLS Provider card

¨       CORE Instructor Course Completion Certificate

¨       Current AHA ACLS Instructor Manual

¨       Current AHA ACLS Provider Course Textbook

It is a requirement for course completion that each participant have the approved AHA ACLS textbooks listed above during the course.  If you do not bring the textbooks with you to the course, you will be asked to reschedule.
